Can You Sue Your College?

A recent graduate of an American college tried to sue her college to collect her tuition money back. The news that she will try to sue her college spread very quickly over the US media, including the internet. Then the story kind of died. I haven't seen anything about it recently. I am very curious about the public interest in suing colleges. I know many people are disappointed in the education they got in college. Many people feel they spent way too much to get a college degree. There are a lot of other reasons why people are interested in the story of this young lady who wanted to sue her college. Please send me your comments. Have you ever thought of suing your college? Would you sue if you could find a lawyer you can afford? Do you think the idea of suing your college is ridiculous? I bought a website www.sueyourcollege.com to explore this issue. I haven't posted anything on the site yet because I don't know if people are interested in this idea or if they have good information to share.
